In this super fun and sweaty 4 week series, we will work our bodies and our minds, focusing on building strength in our legs with Qigong-style movements, strength in the arms and shoulders with quad ped movements. Animal inspired walks and poses to tap into that inner animal is all of us. By the end of this class, you will feel energized and ready to take on the day!
