DYNAMICS OF TENSION AND EASE
Excited to announce collaboration in the works with my good
friend Kyle of Power and Light Press for “The Dynamics of Tension
and Ease”. We will explore creativity and vitality in this 2 day
workshop. Space will be limited. In the first session, we will
explore creativity and printmaking to create our own journals for
reflection. In the second session, we will bind our books and shift
into somatic movements and maybe some breathwork, exploring
our sensations and recording our insights into our handmade
journals. This will be a really fun experience.
